We went four other places before going to. I went in armed with bruises from sales tactics from other places. We were treated well by Bill, not rushed and given information which I could confirm from online research. We purchased and they were very accommodating with our very delayed delivery. Doug came in with a great crew to install and customer service was their main focus. The crew was good-mannered and friendly. Clovis didn't even complain about the right spaces. Ha! I was in the tub the first night and remembered most of what Doug shared during demo. Got it working straight away. First time to own a hot tub and I'm feeling pretty comfortable with the whole process right now. Thanks Bill , Daniel, Doug and crew.

After deciding we wanted a hot tub at home, my boyfriend and I did a lot of research online. Before we felt ready to take the plunge, we went to Premiere to ask questions in person, look at actual units, compare different brands...basically kick the tires and finish the research we just couldn't do online. I'm SO GLAD we read these reviews and chose to visit Premiere. We made an appointment with Daniel, and he spent an hour and a half just answering our questions and teaching us the pros AND cons of different brands and units so we could be confident making an informed decision. All of this after telling him that we wouldn't be making a purchase that day. As we left, we knew exactly which brand of spa we wanted, all the prep-work we'd need (and a list of professionals with references from Premiere), and we signed up for their promotional emails. Daniel treated us very well and followed up with us via email to continue answering questions. We ended up going back about 6 weeks later after receiving promotion notice to wet test tubs and make our final decision. We met Doug, the maintenance team leader who helped us make sure everything was set up correctly at our home, that we had proper training on maintenance and chemicals, and even came out to our home on a Monday (his day off) to help us when we had issues. All in all, Premiere was a great experience, and we are very happy to be doing business with them.

Premiere Hot Tubs has been such a great company to work with. We have had our Bull Frog Spa for many years and love it. This is no ordinary spa. The power of the jets and the massage features are the best I've seen or experienced. It's like getting a full body massage. Our Spa lot of use and runs 24/ 7 . We recently had to replace a motor that went out and Ashton repaired it and did a great job. We had service done 4 years ago and Ashton serviced it then too. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional both times. He even took the time to show us some advanced features we did not know about. I think it says a lot when a company keeps their technicians for many years. We find their service and products reasonably priced and they definitely aim to please their customers.

Six months ago, we purchased our Bullfrog hot tub from Premiere. From our first visit, we were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, especially Jim and Doug. They were accommodating of an early "wet test" so my husband who's had several back surgeries could determine which Bullfrog jets would be most therapeutic for his needs (we highly recommend that you take advantage of the wet test!). Our hot tub arrived in 4-6 weeks as promised, and the delivery was smooth. We used the electrician they recommended, and he was thorough and we haven't had one problem. Weekly care is required, but is easy with all of the instructions and initial chemicals provided by Premiere. Owning this hot tub has been one of the highlights of our new house, and really has been as relaxing and therapeutic as we'd hoped! Thank you Premiere!

I almost feel as if the employees are friends of mine. Lol. For the last 10 months I have been planning on getting a hot tub, but my house kept getting delayed. But they were so understanding and accommodating on my situation and even helped me correct a mistake my doctor made after I specifically explained to him what I needed for my hydrotherapy machine. These guys have been absolutely wonderful in helping me pick out, research, and customize the perfect hot tub for me. I went with the Bullfrog (not the cheapest but the only one manufactured in the US), because of its revolutionary jet pack system. And the convenience of maintenance on them and even possible repairs are much simpler and cheaper because of the design layout of them. With an amazing warranty! I don’t work for Bullfrog I am simply a consumer who wants to share with the world what I’ve found out! This place is great! If I ever have the money to buy another hot tub, this will be the only place I ever think to come! Thanks again Bill!

Daniel was great to work with from the moment we walked in the store. My husband and I weren't ready to buy a spa yet but wanted to start doing our research. Daniel walked us through each brand and type of spa. He was not pushy or try to go for the sale. When we decided to purchase one, Daniel remembered who we were and what we liked from our previous visit. We decided to go with a bullfrog spa and have really enjoyed it. The installation went smoothly. A part needed to be changed out because the lights didn't work, which was kinda annoying but they were able to come out a fix it a week I or so later. It was overall a great experience!

I purchased a Marquis Vector series hot tub for my wife for Mother's day in 2018. She was very excited and wanted to make use of the tub immediately. Since setting it up, we have used our hot tub probably no less than five days a week for this entire year. We both have very stressful jobs and it is so very relaxing to come home and slip into the tub together under the stars - regardless of the weather! The tub has benefited us physically - easing our aches and pains, emotionally, and psychologically... and I do believe has brought us closer together as we have been able to set aside time to spend together relaxing and enjoying the spa waters. Premiere Hot Tubs was a joy to work with. We researched many tubs and went to many places but eventually came back to Premiere because of their knowledge and service. A hot tub is a game changer, and so is great service. Texas has hot summers, but we've got some pretty long, cold winters, so having this tub has been a SUCH a treat. Premiere is a great place to get your tub. They have a huge selection of great quality brands. Everyone on the team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, from Daniel on the sales floor to Doug in the warehouse. These guys know their stuff and care about their customers. Highly recommend scheduling a wet test to try out different tubs. Bullfrog R600 series. We purchased our tub in the late fall of 2018 from Premier Hot Tubs and had it delivered in early December. We were initially concerned about how the delivery would go since we live on the side of a step hill overlooking a valley. We had discussed our concerns with Premier Hot Tubs as we finalized the purchase and we were pleased with how they prepared their crew for the delivery. They came with a 3-man crew instead of the usual 2-man crew and used a plastic sled so they could keep better control of the tub. It worked great and we also appreciated the chemical startup package with the clear directions to get our tub up and running quickly. The operations manager (Doug) also makes himself available to answer all questions and to help make the process as smooth as possible. We have been enjoying our tub for several months now and are very happy with our decision. Thanks!

We began looking at hot tubs several months before we stumbled upon Premiere Hot Tubs. I spent many hours researching and reading reviews from the top brands. Bullfrog came up time and time again, so I added them to the list. when it was all said and done Bullfrog became the front runner, so we stopped in and spoke with Daniel. He was very informative and straight forward answering all of our questions. We booked a time to go back and wet test and Daniel was extremely accommodating, taking the time to change out jet packs and and deal with my crazy brand of humor. My wife and I were very impressed with the Bullfrog brand, and with the level of customer service that Premiere offers. We bought one of the new 2019 models so it had to be ordered, it came in a little earlier than expected and the good folks at Premiere worked with us for a suitable delivery date. The day the tub was delivered the gentlemen that showed up were very professional and attentive, they made sure that all of my questions had been answered and did a thorough job of explaining the initial setup. We have been very please thus far with our purchase, and our decision to deal with Premiere Hot Tubs was the right choice! We look forward to many years of outstanding hot tub time!

I had been doing research for a while on where to get a hot tub and these guys had some of the best reviews out there. I visited their shop a couple times and talked with their salesman and they were very knowledgeable and very helpful. George Biester reached out to me a few weeks before Christmas to let me know the previous salesman I was working with was no longer there and that they had some year end closeout sales going on. This was perfect timing since I planned on taking my wife in as a surprise to get a hot tub for her for Christmas. He provided me with a list of tubs in stock and the sale prices so that I could do a little more research on my own before going into the shop with my wife. George was very helpful and in the end got me a great deal on my Marquis Epic spa. The delivery team was awesome and did an amazing job and the laminated care instructions they provided was a nice touch. Excellent buying experience at Premiere! When we decided to buy a hot tub -- my role was to do the research to determine what kind of tub would be our best option. With all the choices available, this was intimidating.

Daniel (showroom manager) helped me navigate the learning process, and narrow down the choices to fit our particular needs, budget and requirements. He's very knowledgeable and informative, not at all pushy or 'salesy'. We also met the warehouse manager, who was extremely nice and helpful in answering our delivery related questions.

We chose the Bullfrog brand and absolutely love it. The interchangeable jet packets are a wonderful thing! We highly recommend this tub brand AND doing business with the folks at Premiere.

Great shopping, install and support experience from Premiere Hot Tubs. Daniel (sales), Doug (install) and Bill (owner) were all personally involved throughout the purchase of our Bullfrog spa and we could not be happier with the purchase.

Before we made the decision to purchase a hot tub, I spent a lot of time researching the best tub manufacturers and local dealers. Time and time again I saw that Bullfrog was one of the top hot tubs on the market and Premiere was consistently rated highly by their customers. After one trip to the showroom, we were in agreement on both counts.

After delivery, you get a full set of starter chemicals (more than enough to run your spa for months/years in my experience so far) and a really comprehensive set of laminated instructions that keeps it all super simple.

Two months in and we have had no problems whatsoever. But if we ever do, I know that Bill and the Premiere team are only a phone call away.

My husband and I have wanted a hot tub forever, and this was the year. I looked online for reviews, considered CostCo and Home Depot and Family Leisure, but Premiere Hot Tubs had some really impressive reviews. So on shopping day, we went there first.

We were treated well, the sales guys took their time. No pressure, no rush. Patiently explaining the many small decisions that get made. Demystifying the process.

Then a few weeks later, I was ready to make it happen. I wanted it installed and ready for Thanksgiving, so we worked to identify an available model that fit our requirements.

Installation was more complicated than I thought it would be, electrician required to power the tub. Emails and scheduling weren't flawless, but the Premiere team and their preferred electrical contractor (super Tony Flores) came through for us.

The installation crew was patient and friendly, and the supervisor gave us a thorough lesson in setup, chemicals, maintenance routine.

And all is well, a month later.

The tubs aren't cheap, but I'm more than happy with the quality. and we are due to get a nice rebate check soon. The sales associate, George, followed up well, and his partner filled in for him without fuss when needed.

Give them a try! And having a tub is the bomb.

Danial Smith at Premiere was wonderful to work with! He showed us our options, and we set an appointment to "wet test" the spas we were interested in. Best Hot tub seller we found in Austin. We went to multiple sellers and this was by far the best. Daniel was amazing - extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The prices were also extremely competitive.

5 STARS!!! This was our 1st hot tub, However not the 1st time that we looked at purchasing one. When making a big purchase like this we never felt confident in the spa set up or brand until We met Caleb. He knew the product that they sold inside and out and was able to help us decide not only between brands but more importantly between the size and positioning of the seats that best worked for our use. We dry tested multiple sizes and wet tested the different brands on more than one occasion and we never felt pushed in any direction or felt like we were being rushed or forced to make a decision. From the 1st day with Caleb we knew we would be back to purchase from Premier hot tubs. We did go see the competition, but was unimpressed by the knowledge of the sales team or product. Delivery time!!! It arrived quicker that expected and in perfect condition. The delivery team had many availabilities and worked with our schedule. On arrival we did a quick walk through of the placement of the tub. They even took the time to move it until my wife was happy with the location. We were unaware of the detailed spa 101 class and start up kit We were going to be given and walked through upon receipt of the tub truly an incredible experience. We have zero regrets in any of the decisions and additions we made to the spa and highly recommend Premier hot tubs to anyone who is purchasing their 1st spa or upgrading. My dad has been researching hot tubs for his arthritis for months. He had gone back and forth between brands but finally settled on Bull Frog from Premiere. We are the types that overanalyze every single thing we buy and research like crazy. We really feel like this was the best bet. All prices even include standard installation. The first time we went into Premiere we talked with one of the service guys so it gave us a good idea on how repairs work and the most common problems he saw.

Our second visit we had the pleasure of working with Bill the owner. He was so helpful and did well with our crazy questions. We sat in the tubs (dry) and went through all of the jet pack options. At first I felt like the jet packs were a gimmick but quickly saw how nice it is to be able to customize the tub for our back and joint problems. We took advantage of the Labor Day sale and are really looking forward to the delivery of the tub!

I bought a Bull Frog hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs for my condo which was originally to be installed underground. It was also going to be indoors which required moving through some tight hallways. The personnel with Premier were always helpful, patient, and very detail oriented. They rushed the delivery from the factory since we wanted special colors and custom stairs. They were kind enough to hold the spa until all our special requirements were met. Regretfully we had to put the hot tub above ground, but Premier was patient with our changes and installed the spa in two hours with no scratches on the paint, floors or anything broken. They left our room in better condition than it was before they arrived. We are extraordinarily pleased with the Bull Frog spa and just love the four different jet packs Premier suggested we. Just installed a hot tub. Staff have been terrific and hot tub does everything it is supposed to do. Appreciated being able to do a wet test on site. Staff worked with our construction team to place tub exactly where we wanted it, which was a little tricky given a deck built around it.

They install and will set up your hot tub while explaining how to add the chemicals. They also give you laminated cheat sheets so you can review the procedure as needed. We purchased the Marquis Broadway Elite which is a 4 seater and it is really sweet. We are pleased with both Premiere and our hot tub and would highly recommend them.

Everyone we've dealt with at Premiere has been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They patiently answered our numerous questions, swapped out every Bullfrog jet pack at least once during our "wet test"t, and helpfulully showed us all of our cabinet and shell options during the order process. We did extensive research before deciding we wanted either a Clearwater or a Bullfrog hot tub. The Premiere website was very helpful in exploring the options. We loved the options Bullfrog spas allow. The delivery went smoothly and we've been enjoying the hot tub daily ever since. The after sale support has been great, too. Our water is quite odd and we had a lot of difficulty getting it balanced. Doug helped us get it right. We rated responsiveness a B because several times we had to call a second time because our calls weren't answered. Even so, we were very pleased and highly recommend Premiere.

We were pleasantly surprised with the friendly manner and great information we received from the young man who greeted us, Jim Klosterman.

We shared with Jim what we were looking for and he educated us on what Premiere had to offer...based on our needs and what we had in mind where it regards their products and services. Jim also provided us with an array of information and showed us several options which were just right for us.

We've had the best experience with Premiere. We had a million questions the first time we went in and Caleb happily answered all of them.He was very knowledgeable on all things hot tubs and we were even able to take advantage of the sales tax exemption because of him. No up-sales, which was so refreshing. Just honest answers to what would suit our family the best. It was an absolute blast when it came time to test out the hot tubs and he had all the patience (and answers) in the world from a very indecisive person. We had some deck work done and they were able to hold it for us until it was time to drop it in. That phase was amazing as well, patient guys. They ran through everything with us at a great pace and answered every question without hesitation. Gave us laminated step by step sheets to help us remember. We ended up going with a Bullfrog R7 with the jet packs and Caleb helped us get the right ones. We even called after the install to make sure we were doing things right, and they took our call and again happily answered all questions. Thanks to Premiere for making it a fun experience and easy install. I have already seen improvement with my back and neck in the first week! Our first attempt at purchasing a hot tub with another company was a disaster. Our hot tub was delayed multiple times and we couldn't get in touch with anyone throughout the process. The communication was so poor I had to fight with everyone including the owner to cancel our order having paid for the hot tub outright.

Our experience with Premiere Hot Tubs was the complete opposite.George was very informative, honest and unassuming. We thoroughly enjoyed the sales experience end-to-end.George did an excellent job allowing us to upsell ourselves into a higher end model and had a very honest approach to additional, often expensive options such as a salt system.

Wouldn't you know it! We received our hot tub earlier than anticipated, the electrician (referred by Premiere) was delighted to prepare the electrical components in a tight window and the delivery was absurdly professional.The installation team worked with us patiently as we tweaked the exact location of the tub by an inch or two here and there, and the walkthrough was absolutely outstanding.

Our family is delighted, and very much enjoying our new Bullfrog!

First time Hot Tub Owner........Very Pleased with the entire experience. We purchased our Hot Tub from Premier Hot Tubs. I had done a lot of research over the past few months on different brands and the companies that sold those particular brands. I shopped from Costco/Sams Club to traveling hottub expos. At the end of the day, I wanted something that was going to last and be backed by a Top rated company with the support of a Top distributor of the product. We landed with a Marquis Spa from Premier and couldn't be happier. We did have a tiny out of the box issue with one of the LED lights under the drink holder. Basically it had fallen out of place. I contacted Premier and they were out there to fix the next day. We haven't received our spa yet - but so far, the customer service and knowledge here is 5 star hands down. We weren't seriously shopping yet and stopped in to Premier Hot Tubs just to get an idea on some prices and see a particular brand we thought we might want if we decided to buy a spa. Jim, the showroom manager, was incredibly knowledgable, patient, and honest about all of his products and took the time to answer any and all questions we had. He talked to us about the pros and cons of different spas or features, and asked us how we would be using the spa and what mattered to us more to really try and find out what would work best for us. I never felt like we were trying to be upsold and sold into anything just because of a price tag. He encouraged us to call him to come back in for a wet test if we wanted another time, and we did just that. After doing more of our own research online, we leaned towards one of the brands hey carried and then sealed the deal with testing it out. If it weren't for Jim we may not have bought a spa when we did - he made us feel so comfortable with the process and with the details of owning, maintenance, etc - that now we can't wait until we can start enjoying our new spa. We highly recommend Premier Hot Tubs both for their quality products, and for their kind and knowledgeable staff.

I give Premier Hot Tubs 5 stars for a few reasons.The first is because of a very personable and knowledgeable saleswoman, Dana, who made my shopping experience a pleasure. She was fun, friendly, and professional. She always did what she promised she would do and responded to my emails and phone calls promptly.

The service team, Doug and Jimmy, were tenacious in working on some problems that appeared in the product and delivery of my Bullfrog Hot Tub. Since my existing hot tub was difficult to remove from my property without exposing passersby to a dangerous open hole, they opted to leave it in place for my contractor to remove at the time of the new hot tub installation. Doug gave me no problem when I asked him to refund the money I paid ($355) Premier to remove the hot tub.

Jimmy was a patient teacher and had simple, laminated instruction sheets to give me when he taught me about the chemicals and operation of my hot tub. He called to check on my satisfaction and always made me feel like he wouldn't stop until I was completely satisfied.

Sterling is the friendly chemical man who comes to check the chemicals in my hot tub. He immediately gave me his cell phone number, so I can call him anytime I have an issue with the hot tub. I bought a yearly service plan and will be happy to see Sterling coming to my house regularly. He's friendly and professional, like the rest of all the staff at Premiere Hot Tubs.

The sales staff are great. We actually bought from the owner Bill as we showed up during the gas shortage here in Texas, so he was the only one there. We were the only customers as well. We had dropped by several times before to look at tubs. We ordered the hot tub and everything was explained in detail, including ways to save on sales tax... Delivery of the hot tub took quite a while, but that was due to the manufacturer, not Premier Hot Tubs. It took 3 months. The delivery and setup was very efficient. Everything was explained and the chemical kit was very helpful, as it was not just a starter kit. I am still using it. The electrician they use was great and they hooked everything up the day after delivery.

Although the delivery date of the tub was delayed, the installation was very quick and the explanation of water chemistry by the technician in charge was top notch! I have owned swimming pools in the past and never received such a thorough explanation of chemistry as he gave us. We were drawn to the Bullfrog tub because of the versatility of the 5 different jet packs. We love our tub and use it regularly!

Because they carry several top brands, she was able to point out the pros and cons of each spa - with special consideration for our specific situation. Ammmmaazzzing! Jim and Bill are just simply fantastic in my book! We initially ordered a Clearwater Spa from Jim in San Antonio and waited for it to be built at the factory for a couple weeks. I really like the entire team at Premiere Hot Tubs! Jose our salesman was great! He never pressured us and answered so many hot tub questions! Once we purchased the tub, Emily took over and coordinated our site inspection (thanks to Ashton for coming out on a Saturday morning and walking us through the location details and planning) and installation! She did such a great job and kept us informed the whole way through the process. We were then so lucky to have Steven & Sterlin deliver and setup our hot tub! These two guys were great and I was amazed at how fast they got us installed! Steven came back for setup and walked me through "spa school" - now we have the most beautiful water! We purchased a BullFrog A7L Hot Tub from Premiere in Jan 2016 after seeing the excellent reviews of both. It was the wet test tub on the showroom. Over the course of the last year and a half we had noticed a loss of water beyond evaporation. Then in about February of this year I opened the tub and found it had drained about 8 inches of water overnight. I knew something was wrong and contacted Premiere for guidance. Bill the owner even called me back and we were both stumped as to what was happening. Then in about April of this year I started to notice a stream of water running near constant from the right corner. At that point they sent Ashton out to take a look, we opened the cabinet and pulled out a couple garbage bags of wet foam and discovered a crack in the shell on the vertical wall behind one of the Jet Packs. It looked like something impacted it, perhaps during manufacturing or shipping. I was immediately worried since it was all torn apart at that point. That's when Premiere Hot Tubs and BullFrog completely exceeded my expectations. I got an email from Bill saying they were ordering me a brand new tub. I was expecting a new shell and cabinet at most under warranty. They completely ordered a brand new tub including Jetpacks! Who does that? Premiere Hot Tubs and BullFrog have my business for life.

I spoke with the office Friday afternoon before July 4th and they were able to send someone to look at the problem on July 5. The technician, Ashton had done some minor repairs for me previously and had been quick, efficient and personable. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problem in under 30 minutes. At the same time he provided me with answers to a lot of questions which I had about changing filters, adding chemicals, testing the water and maintaining the electrical. He was very clear and precise. All repairs were under warranty and there was no charge, but the experience with this repair made me glad that I had given them my business.

Kristi and I have been hot tub owners since '03, so this was not our first go around in shopping for and using one. We did some online research for our current brand, Marquis, as we have been quite satisfied with it for many years. Premier handles Marquis, so I made a stop in to the showroom, after talking with Dana on the phone. From the moment I stepped in the door, I knew I was in the right place....being an old swimmer, the smell of the pool told me that this was not just a look kind of place! Met Dana and she is terrific. Having worked for my dad in his car dealership as a young man, I am always interested in a salespersons approach to their work. In the case of Premier, everyone, and especially Dana, who worked with us, had a really cordial and friendly attitude from the sales perspective. Like my dad, when you know you have truly quality products, and people, it shows in the demeanor of your staff. After some additional research into the Bullfrog line, we selected one of their A-series models, and could not be happier with our purchase! The interchangeable jet packs are really outstanding, both in function and design. Sooo much less plumbing can only lead to fewer issues in the future! And being able to direct the flow to to just a couple jet packs means a truly 'vigorous' action....it will REALLY blast you if you want!! Anyway, had a great experience with Dana in the showroom, the initial and most important person in the process. And Ashton and the crew actually came when we set up, brought appropriate equipment and labor, and got the swap, to the deck 9' off the ground, done quickly and professionally. I am a builder and believe me, I know a professional crew from a bunch of lackeys. These guys impressed me. Long story short, we had a great experience with the whole Premier team, and we would recommend them wholeheartedly to those looking for a good honest approach to a sometimes slimy industry. Look for Dana...she is terrific!!

We both have very bad backs and wanted a hot tub that would help alleviate back pain and more so we shopped all of the local hot tub retailers in Austin and Cedar Park. Though we were pleased with the other retailers, we were very impressed by Premiere staff and product knowledge. We opted for the Bull Frog A7L and Steven, the tech, went over the entire mechanics of the tub and pros and cons for each brand I was interested in purchasing. I researched hot tubs for over a month so I had plenty of questions. Emily was great. She set up the move and tax forms and everything else we would need to get going. We have a 3 hour class scheduled for Wednesday, because the A7L has the salt water option, and we are very pleased with this locations attention to detail and quick responses so we highly recommend this Company and specifically, this location.

We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the customer service Premiere Hot Tubs provided. Their advice and recommendations helped guide us to the best product and their service during delivery and set up were outstanding. For example, when they brought the tub to our house for installation, the electrical stub out was in the wrong position. They took it back to their store while we fixed this problem and delivered it a second time for free.

Kyle was extremely helpful in getting our tub set up and teaching us how to use the salt system and test/maintain the chemicals.

We purchased our Bullfrog spa from Premier about two years ago and have had nothing but positive experiences. When we bought the spa, we were in the process of building a pool. Bill worked with us on timing the delivery of the spa to coincide with the completion of the pool (which meant storing the spa for a bit). Very helpful.

Since then, we've been working with Premier for all of our needs including everything from advice to warranty items and they have been great. They were very helpful in resolving an issue with the spa cover that we had purchased (it was replaced under warranty). We have asked many questions during the past two years and they are always accessible and accommodating. Jose is a master at helping maintain the water properly.

I called to make appt and even asked for a suggestion for lunch since we live over 2 hours away. Very friendly and helpful. We went to the showroom to see models of spas/hot tubs, we were greeted by friendly helpful sales associates. Said we could bring our suits to actually sit in some and see how they feel and work. We didn't do that part. So we touched/experienced various hot tubs, they had several running. Explained differences, sizes, jets, covers, steps, other available options like lights/music, fountains, warranty, care, products, etc. After we selected a model we also got to remove the jet packs to see how easy they were to change around. So then model, size, specific jet packs selections, colors inside/outside, financial options, placing order/delivery time frames. These very patient associates spent hours with us. Asked many times if we had questions and my husband usually does. They explained the process what else they would need from us such as photos of the area the tub would be going and any special delivery information and of course directions.

Some other details we didn't know about were the options of chemicals or salt treatments, if it is for medical purposes and got specific information from the Dr you could get a discount. They also explained in detail other discount options available. It is also reassuring that they carry the supplies we would be using in our spa and because we live so far away they would be willing to UPS the products to us. Talk about fabulous customer service. We are in love with our bullfrog spa and it has actually renewed our relationship as you are there without TV and actually talk. I found they delivery team helpful and knowledgeable and also the instructor for the follow up visit. The whole team from beginning to end have been great, helpful and knowledgeable.

My husband has called several times and still gets a friendly helpful voice on the other end at Premiere Hot Tubs. Very much a positive and rewarding experience through the whole process and even now after using it for a few weeks. I would strongly recommend this company and its associates.

My wife has fibromyalgia and arthritis in which she feels pain most of the day. We researched spas that would provide therapeutic relief for her condition. Premier seemed to have the best selection available and we decided upon a Bullfrog spa for our needs. One thing that I really appreciated was our salesperson, Jose, didn't try to sell us more than we needed. In fact, he recommended a smaller, less expensive model that had everything that we asked for in a spa. The delivery personnel were just as helpful and Steven took as much time needed to completely answer all my questions and make sure we were ready to go. An all around great experience. Not that I foresee any issues arising but I feel assured that they will deal with them professionally and efficiently.

A month into owning we had a problem with the pump unit. After verifying that it was not an external electrical issue we called Premier. Initially, they couldn't get anyone out to work on the unit for almost a week since we live out in Smithville, but Steven was nearby the phone when we called and he graciously said that he would come out early the next day to assist us. For him, that meant getting up early and making a long commute in order to work us into his schedule. I know that he didn't need to make that sacrifice and we probably could have waited, but we use the tub almost everyday. My wife needs it for her condition and for pain relief. I personally want to thank Steven for helping us out-going above and beyond the call of duty. Hopefully, we won't need to see too much of Steven in the future but we appreciate knowing that someone like him is around to service our needs quickly and efficiently.

If you want to buy a good, high-quality hot tub, check these guys out. They have a great selection of tubs in the store and then they totally back up your purchase, by professionally delivering, setting up, and servicing your new tub. The sales person we met (Dana) did a great job of showing us the different tubs, and the pros and cons for each one, she wanted to make sure we were totally happy about our purchase, with no pressure to buy anything. After buying a great Clearwater hot tub, our new tub was promptly delivered and set on our prepped site. The Technician (Steven) that delivered our new tub also gave us ALL the information and chemicals we would need to prep the tub, and how to painlessly maintain it after setup. After firing up the new tub, we discovered the salt system was not functioning properly...I merely emailed the manager about the problem, and they sent Steven back out to fix the broken part, and then Steven once again spent time showing me how and when to operate and maintain my new hot tub...overall, Premiere provided a great customer experience, and I could tell from ALL of their staff, that they really want their customer's to be happy with their new hot tubs...I know my wife and I are thrilled...Thanks! From meeting Bill Meyer, I was impressed with his approach to learning and helping us find what product would best suit our needs. He took all the time that we needed to inform us and answer our questions. We had previously spent time looking online and visited every store in San Antonio and found that premiere hot tubs had the top name manufacturers of spas. Their website provided lots of information as well as questions to get answers on while we were shopping. At no point in time did we feel pressured to buy anything. The showroom has the largest selection of spas in town, they were more than happy to set up a wet test for us. This provided a good feel of how the spa we wanted would feel and how it fit us. They also provided us contact information on an electrician who did an excellent job, was punctual and very fair priced. When delivery time came the outstanding experience continued with Kyle who extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional. He did an excellent job delivering and installing our spa and was very thorough in explaining the filling and adding of chemicals. Premiere was very helpful when the deck ended up taking longer to finish then we thought and the hot tub had come in. They held it until the area was complete it needed to go into without a problem. When the men came to deliver it, I watched the entire process and they were extremely careful with the tub. The spa is very heavy at over 500 pounds and they had to get it up on a deck as well. They managed to use a ramp and pushed and pulled it up the ramp without a scratch. I watched and they made sure it was done in the right way. I would recommend Premiere to anyone who wants a quality hot tub that will last you. The spas they carry have long warranties for a reason. I do believe the old saying "you get what you pay for" and please be aware that the price I quoted before was for our spa and the hot tub prices do Vary.

I did quite a bit of research on hot tubs before buying because I wanted one that had therapeutic effects for my arthritis. After looking at reviews I was convinced Premiere was place to go. They quickly assessed that a Marquis would be best for my needs and I agreed after looking at all of them! Jose was extremely helpful to me and offered any help with the chemistry issues of the hot tub since he has a chemistry background. We had Jeffrey as our salesperson and I don't think you could have a more polite, well-spoken, conscientious and informative salesman than him. We learned more than we ever thought possible about hot tubs and the brand we purchased, a Bullfrog. He even set up a wet test for us and was willing to get his own shirt wet many times over changing out jet packs. After reviewing Premiere Hot tubs web site we decided to go visit them. They were very helpful in assisting us in deciding which hot tub we should purchase. They also were very helpful in actually talking us out of options that would have give them higher sales. They just communicated the facts to us about everything and left the decisions up to us. There was no pushy sales people in fact it seemed that we had to push them to sell us the tub. This was very refreshing with all the high power sales people in todays market place. They were also very helpful in explaining exactly what we needed to from my Dr.s to make the sale tax exempt since I was purchasing the tub primarily for health reasons.

The installation details provided on the web site were very helpful in deciding where to place the hot tub and how to prepare the base to place it on. When we had questions it took one simple call and whoever answered the phone was knowledgeable and able to answer the question immediately.

The delivery was seamless and went as planned. They contacted us a few days before delivery for pictures of where the tub was going to be placed so that there would not be any surprises. The went through detailed instructions about how to get the hot tub up and running once the electrician connected the tub. They also went through the normal maintenance and explained how to keep the hot tub in perfect working condition.

The electrician was having difficulty finding the path for the wires and was hesitant to drill through a second skin, I called the store and once again got the answer immediately by the person answering the phone. The rest of the instillation was seamless.

Once I started to fill the tub I had a question that arose, I called the store and once again the person answering the phone new the answer and helped me immediately.

The tub had been so helpful with my medical conditions and we purchased the correct tub because of the recommendations made by Premiere Hot Tubs.

Bought a Bullfrog in 2009 in Austin and had it shipped to New Mexico directly (not the easiest thing to do but Bill got it done) since that is where it "lives". Recently, a nozzle on one of the jetpaks that is supposed to go back and forth quit moving. After several emails with Ray, he guided me on how to remove the problematic part and I could see that it was not broken, only out of place and easily put back in the right position. That saved ordering parts and trying to install them correctly or bringing the jetpak back to Austin for repairs. Great customer service!

Our daughter asked us how many dealers we visited and we told her although we had researched on-line, we only needed to visit 1 dealer (Primiere) and got great info on three different brands and detailed and excellent customer service. Jose at Premiere was incredible. He helped us narrow down the many options to determine the best choice to meet my family's needs. His knowledge of the different brands and offerings is impressive - he knows his products! His advice went beyond figuring out the best spa, he also helped us choose the optimal finish and colors based on his vast experience maintaining the spas in the showroom. We couldn't be more pleased with the choice we made.

Jose's attentiveness has continued beyond the sale in-person, by email and by phone and has been joined by Premiere's service team headed by Travis and Ray. We had an issue with our water quality and getting our chemicals balanced and they went out of their way to figure out a solution including contacting the manufacturer on our behalf and providing on-site assistance.

Every person I have encountered at Premiere from sales, to the delivery guys, to the installer, to the service techs has been focused on customer service.

This spa was a big expense for us and one we considered an investment that we intend to use (and enjoy!) for many years. There are lots of companies around that would love to sell you a spa, but I am quite confident you will not find another dealer anywhere who will be as attentive to you after the sale as Premiere. They sell quality products and stand behind them. Their goal is clearly not just your satisfaction, but your happiness.

It's not if you have problems, but how you handle them when they come up. Premiere Hot Tub and Spa is extremely professional, courteous and keeps you in the loop during both the sales and service processes. I'm a shopper and I compared all of the hot tubs out there in stores and online. I am an engineer, so was impressed by the value and features offered by BullFrog. I also say 'many things are simple, few are easy' so I decided to buy local so I could depend on professional consultation, delivery and installation. The purchase/order, delivery and installation process went great and I was confident and well informed. Did I mention me and my 5 kids taking a 'test drive' in the showroom? More importantly, we had a warranty issue with the BullFrog. I gave them a call and the solution was implemented immediately, without question. When the product was ready to solve the problem, the Premiere team was back in action coordinating and executing. The team was coordinated by Ray and led by Ashton on the ground. Ashton was super professional, courteous, knowledgeable and led the crew as a unified team. The installation was smooth and Ashton's creativity and experience kept things simple. Wow! What a hidden gem this place is! My girlfriend and I were completely shocked by the royal treatment we received when we stumbled into this place to check out hot tub prices. Not only were we greeted by almost every employee there but we were offered a cold bottle of water as well. Investing in a hot tub is a big deal and after reading about the different brands available and the functions of the top 2 we then searched for a place to purchase one. We selected Premiere Hot Tubs in Austin after reading several Yelp reviews and were hoping that Jose Gracias would be the salesperson available to us for our appointment. They have a large selection in their show room, but Jose listened and then focused on 2 that may meet our needs. The appt. was for an hour and we had every question answered and ordered a Bullfrog. Jose was exceptional in his CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and has superior knowledge in their product and services. Next I received an email from Travis, thanking us for our business and then the Logistics Specialist Ray Rodriguez communicated via email or phone with me several times so he could make sure that the delivery would be a seamless operation and the site was prepared correctly with easy access. Next, Kyle and Ray were here to for the delivery and it went well without any problems. The hot tub was set up exactly as we wanted and both were very nice and professional--CUSTOMER SERVICE! There was a very minor problem and I emailed Jose who responded immediately and had a solution--CUSTOMER SERVICE! We recently bought a Bullfrog Hot tub from Premier. During the sales cycle they were very professional, shared their knowledge and helped us get what was best for us. The price was appropriate for what we received. They did have to come out for a minor service issue that they resolved without hesitation and very professionally. They are not the closest to us and don't sell the cheapest tubs, but we wanted a quality product sold and serviced by a quality company, and that is exactly what we received.

We are first time hot tub buyers and as such we had a lot of questions. The first place we went to was all about the hard sale. They answered or questions very generally they didn't give us much details. When we went to Premier Hot Tubs we were greeted by Jose. He took almost 2 hours with us answering all our questions even though he knew we weren't going to purchase a hot tub that day. We have one of those really *special and unique* kind of backyard layout which simply equates to a big PITA on all counts when it comes to having any home improvement done from a cost, logistics, slope and access perspective. We originally wanted to have a lap pool installed and took years to muddle over the decision until we recently decided to pursue it again. Long story short, after bringing in a few pool builders to bid, this year we finally CLOSED the chapter on any consideration for a pool in our backyard. So now what?

Seeing that a hot tub may still be within our grasp - we started researching all options, online ratings, Costco deals whatnot - but again our 'unique' backyard issues prevented us from considering big box stores because of their curbside delivery policies, the warranty also were less than ideal and admittedly we needed an expert opinion from someone who can actually see our yard and give us ideas and lay out potential gotchas in the whole process of setting things up.

We contacted Premier Spa because we liked the Bullfrog spa jetpacks and have been impressed with the online information and reviews for the product. We also saw the Premier website and it had a wealth of information to digest and we were impressed with that as well. In this internet age, there is no excuse to skimp of details and frequently asked questions to be accessible online. The Angie's List reviews all checked out - so the only thing to do was make the call for someone to do a site visit and from the vibe we get see if we can move forward.

It may have been Jose who I talked and explained our predicament to. He suggested that Bill (the owner) would be the guy he would send to look at our properly given our challenges. I guess it works out since whatever the owner commits to happens (no reneging saying ?Well, yes, but after I talked to my manager, he said??)

We recently had a few contractors over to bid and have developed varying degrees of dread, annoyance (ticks/allergies) at their selling tactics and BS ...enough to make us not want to do any home improvement projects ever that required outside help. Bill came by and we were really very relieved by his easy going, no rushing ,no pressure style - very informative, and best of all, experienced with 'challenging' delivery logistics like ours. No talking down to us, or this high and mighty 'I am the owner' vibe, and he patiently answered all our questions. He also mentioned about the salt water system and that really got us excited. He was able to impart their commitment to customer satisfaction and support, innovation and getting the job done no matter the challenge. The price was also another consideration that made this project DOABLE in our book. It is not the cheapest mind you but after all the research you just know you get what you pay for. He just didn't come across as nickel and diming us with every bits and pieces.

With the information on this we went ahead took advantage of the special they had on the Salt System and bit the bullet. I did a wet test to make sure I was happy with the jetpacks and Bullfrog itself. Ray assisted us with the selection and demonstration on the features ? he was also very professional, patient and thorough. Bill came back one more time to make sure placement in the new area we settled on worked for the size we needed, and double check the access requirement that size would require. We ended up having to get a smaller tub to minimize the challenge/work of having to tear down fence posts - the smaller tub A6L would fit a standard 36 inches fence gate that our neighbor was nice enough to give us access to. We then only had to take out a fence panel between our properties to get access to our backyard. Then there was the ramp they had to use to get down to the patio where the tub would be installed. This required a few extra folks to accomplish - but was still cheaper that the crane option (had that even been possible given, again, our property and house layout and height etc. Our next house, I swear, will be one story and totally flat everywhere!)

The tub itself had to be made at the factory (aside, there is an interesting YouTube video showing how Bullfrog tubs are made in the factory), but it was ready a week or two sooner than we were ready - since we had to get bids on the electrical what not. One expense we didn't expect would be so much was the electrical setup - we ended up having to replace our main panel in addition to the tub wiring itself since our current panel had no room to accommodate the added 250 v. We got from 2k to 5k on the bids for the entire work. Just mentioning it as another cost to consider. We wanted electrical to be through the attic but that was the more expensive route. So yeah, since the main panel was on the total opposite side of where tub was that was also another costlier thing.

Anyway, now we have the tub installed. Hubby said the delivery guys were very nice. We have used the tub twice now and it?s really nice since it?s been so cold. I know, it really sounds counter intuitive to not use the tub when it?s so cold outside, but you try getting out of a toasty tub to a 32 degree outside temp, you will learn quickly to be more patient and wait for at least a 50 - 60 degrees outside temp next time. I notice I sleep better afterwards and my chronic lower back pain is really helped by the therapy jets. The smaller size actually ended up being perfect for the three of us who would be using it 99% of the time. We are also shorter folks so the ergonomics works out better. We also have more room in our tight patio as a result.

I would say in closing that in this case, no matter how cost conscious or internet savvy you are, a local dealer definitely is worth their weight in gold (especially a great one like Premiere) when it comes to hot tubs ...especially in our case. Bill and Ray were so easy to deal with, were very responsive and were a pleasure to work with. If only more local folks were like them, we'd never dread hiring out folks to do other projects we've been putting off.

SORRY this got so long but when I have to pay a monthly fee to a site, I want to get as much review information on something that cost a lot of money.

Like many others I also had a great experience buying a hot tub from Premiere Hot Tubs! My experience was great on two counts. First, Jose, the sales person, did a superb job of walking us through every aspect of every option. Second, he also listened really well and helped me find the right tub for me. While I really liked Bullfrog's innovative design, based on his recommendation I water-tested the Marquis line, which offers a much more sophisticated massage. Since I really wanted to buy a Bullfrog, I went back and forth between the two spas several times, and just loved the high quality massage experience the Marquis delivers. I have spent a great deal of time researching massage chairs and was truly impressed by the Marquis. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a real massage experience from a spa.

We are very happy with our experience with Premiere Hot Tubs. We did a lot of research before such a large purchase, and ended up selecting a Bullfrog Spa, model A8L. Jose Garcia was extremely helpful during our purchasing process. He was very knowledgable and professional but there was not a lot of sales pressure, which we greatly appreciated. He was always very responsive both in person, over the phone and via email. Our spa was delivered on time as promised and we were extremely pleased.

We waited to write this review until after our first service call, which was last week. A part needed replacing (under warranty) and a technician was sent out within 5 business days. He arrived on time as scheduled, and he was able to fix the problem on the first visit. Made visits to 3 local hot tub suppliers trying to decide what we wanted in a hot tub, Premiere was the second and then the last (forth) as we decided they were the right supplier for us. Jose was professional and low key, with no sales pressure, just hard information on what they had available. He suggested a wet test, which sealed the deal when we found the jet packages and size that we wanted. Placed the order and had an expectation for delivery by August 1st. The delivery department kept us updated, but erred on the expected date and had to scramble to deliver before our surprise departure for Italy. The delivery team arrived on time, was outstanding in there assessment of the site, and thorough in their directions for start-up of the system. One small defect was noted, and service has been scheduled.

The entire process so far has been nothing but smooth. The sales showroom was fantastic. We were able to test our model inside while it was storming outside. The built-to-order hot tub was actually completed and delivered to the showroom a couple of weeks early, and they stored it for us while we got our house ready for it. These guys continue to delight this happy customer.I needed to replace a hot tub in a very tricky location at my lake house. Looked at all the dealers in town and very few carried models that could meet my needs. I sat with Bill and he figured out the ideal model and then worked thru every detail to make it perfect - complex shape, difficult to store the cover, really tricky delivery location, likely to sit unused for weeks at a time. You name it, he had a solution.About 6 months after installation, I thought I had a big problem with the water chemistry and scale build-up. I took a sample into the showroom and Jose ran a complete analysis, told me the problem (pH too high) and gave me a couple fix suggestions (much more than just "add a capful of pH-down").I don't expect I'll need to go back, but if I do I'm confident they will continue to treat me right.

Our experience at Premiere Hot Tubs was entirely first class. We visited the showroom on a couple occasions to look at tubs and discuss details. Both times Jose helped us; he was very helpful deciding what features we really wanted and what tub was the best fit for us. Does Jose think the brands Premiere sells are the best? Of course, but I felt he was very frank and honest about the differences between brands. Jose helped us get just the tub we were looking for.

Our order was scheduled to take 4 weeks to fill. Fortunately things were ahead of schedule and our tub arrived in Austin after just 3 weeks. The delivery team was easy to schedule and frankly, really helpful and professional young men.They got the tub in place and showed me, a first time hot tub owner, the ropes.

After the installation we followed up with Bill. Premiere Hot Tubs is a business that succeeds by bringing customers back again and again. They provide a level of service that makes you happy to recommend them to a friend.

Although we had enjoyed hot tubs at resorts, we had never considered owning one until recently. After several visits to Premier Hot Tubs we decided that a Bullfrog tub might be just the thing for our aching backs. It has proven to be a terrific decision. Bill Meyer and company provided outstanding service, answered all of our questions, and helped us select the perfect tub. Since Bullfrog custom builds each tub and allows you to select from an assortment of jet packs, we took the opportunity to see a variety of different jet packs in action on the showroom floor and then picked an assortment for our tub that we felt would be most beneficial.

When it was time for delivery, Bill built a custom ramp that enabled him and his crew to lift the tub up onto the ten foot high deck; they used extraordinary care and accomplished the installation without so much as a nick to tub or deck. His folks checked everything out at the time of installation, gave us an excellent detailed presentation, and came back a week later after we filled the tub to make sure that we were using all of the products in our six month starter pack properly and that the bromine, pH and other levels were optimal.

The big surprise came the first time we used the new tub. Unlike the tubs we had used at resorts, which were fun but usually not terribly therapeutic, this tub turned out to be the best of all worlds. It combines beauty, entertainment (the varied colored light displays are fun at night under the stars ), and, best of all, does a really outstanding job relieving aching muscles. We use it virtually every day, having discovered for ourselves that time in the tub after a long day at work feels like a mini vacation and melts away stress. Great product. Great service.

I could not be more pleased with every aspect of the service provided by Bill and his staff at Premier hot tubs. I did a lot of research to replace our old spa and came in knowing what I wanted and was prepared for a sales pitch for a more expensive spa. Instead, Bill went over the details of the spa I had chosen; answered all my questions; and provided me with all the paper work and referrals I needed to complete the transaction. He was friendly, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. He even came over to my home after the contractor removed the deck around the old spa and the old spa had been removed to assist me in determining what I would need from the electrician. When I was called away in the middle of the project for a family emergency, Bill coordinated with my contractor to make sure the new deck was installed properly. He even provided a one-on-one "spa class" at his store during which he went through the process of getting the spa chemicals initially set and went over the recommended maintenance procedures.

There were no surprises or hidden fees. He did exactly what he said he would and did it extremely well.

Clearly, he knows he has an excellent product because I LOVE my new Bullfrog Spa!! But I also am very impressed with the service and attention to the customer that came along with the purchase. If I could give Premiere Hot Tubs an A+ I would.

Two years of chronic repairs on an old spa left me with PTSD (Post Traumatic Spa Disorder). By this time, I knew enough about spas to build one, and had completely lost faith in the Spa/Hot Tub Industry. Enter Bill and his team at Premiere Spas. We were very detailed in our questioning, and the install was going to be tricky. Start to finish, Bill and Ranae dealt with our volleys of questions patiently and thoroughly; but most importantly, they actually LISTENED to our needs. This was a big investment for our family, yet hydrotherapy is important and necessary to us- we REALLY needed a new spa. Throughout the process, Bill and Ranae's response time was fast, their information accurate, and their attention to detail truly exceptional. Bill gave me the opportunity to meet the two men leading the install team. I use the word "team" because the install involved six men lifting a 500lb spa up a hill, through a narrow gate, over rocks, around a water feature, and to a tight install location between a tree, a rock wall, and a fence. These two leading men were also patient, thorough, and hard working. As the spa was unpacked, we learned the manufacturer sent the wrong spa cover. Premiere Spas had the correct cover delivered in less than 10 days, and let us use the wrong cover until it arrived. Exceptional. Then, the manufacturer was nearing the end of the 6-8 week window to send a $500 rebate. When I let him know, Bill called the manufacturer and had the check delivered the next business day. Wow. We are thrilled with the quality of our new spa. It does everything Bill said it would do. Bill owns Premiere Hot Tubs: he takes pride in his company and delivers a level of service I thought extinct.

After spending a few days at Sol Duc Hot Springs on the Olympic Peninsula, my wife and I realized that hot water hydrotherapy was maybe everything it was cracked up to be! Suddenly, we were in the market for a hot tub. After some research on the web, we went to Premier Hot Tubs to check out their Clearwater Spas and Bullfrog hot tubs, both very highly rated tubs.

We got excellent service from Jose Gracia, the salesperson we talked to at Premier. After some discussion and checking out hot tubs in their showroom, we decided on a Clearwater Spas XSR76R Signature 3-person spa. We paid half down and they said it would take "about a month" for it to be built by the factory in Washington State and delivered to them. It took about 3 weeks.

The delivery went smoothly. I asked them to throw it in without extra charge as part of the deal (it is listed @ $395) and they did, with no hesitation. On the same day as delivery of the spa, our electrician set up the line (you need a dedicated 240-volt line run through a GFCI breaker and into the spa) and in a few days, we were in it! Yes, hydrotherapy in that spa is everything we thought it would be!

Even with the detailed set-up instructions sheet from Premier (mostly to apply and measure the supplied chemicals) and the manual from the manufacturer, I still had questions, which I emailed to Jose at Premier. He answered every question quickly & knowledgeably. Extremely helpful. I only had one problem -- the spa light would not turn on -- and Jose said he would set up a service call to have somebody come out and fix it. (We have a 5-year parts and labor / 20 year body warranty.)

So, all in all, based on our experience so far, we are happy with our Clearwater spa, happy with Jose Gracia (yes, that name is spelled correctly) and happy with Premier.

Overall, it was an easy process. We had a few issues once our spa came in but everything was handled nicely. We now have a wonderful spa that we enjoy frequently. Maintenance has been easy and we are very pleased with our purchase.

I thank Premiere Hot Tubs for helping me choose the highest quality tub that money can buy. The Bullfrog tub is wonderful -- I couldn't be happier. The guys at Premiere helped answer all my questions and helped me understand the difference in the products that are out there. Let me tell you right now -- listen to these guys. They are right. I've gone through a nightmare before I did more research in tubs and found Premiere Hot Tubs where they showed me the product I was looking for. The nightmare was buying a tub from a company off the internet because it was "cheaper". It was still a $4000 tub mind you, but the thing leaked multiple times after just 3 months of using it, and the manufacturer wouldn't uphold the warranty. It was a constant headache for me and a huge costly mistake. As I learned, many of these cheaper tubs will do that because of the cheap construction techniques -- just ask Bill in the store, he even has a cutout example of what happens to most tubs. Needless to say, these guys were extremely helpful. My whole family was able to do a "wet" test on the tubs on a SUNDAY MORNING to work around my schedule. THAT'S amazing service! Any time I have a question about the tub, they gladly answer it even a year now after the purchase. So if you are searching for a hot tub and want it to last longer than a couple years, take their advice and take mine -- DO NOT GO FOR A CHEAP PRODUCT with cheap construction. It will leak. I had ordered my Spa directly from the manufacturer and had it all set up at my home, but I have no experience or a clue how to deal with the chemicals for a spa. I tried learning how to deal with the chemicals online but everything seemed very overwhelming. I went to premiere hot tubs and someone helped me out and set me up with everything I needed. I was basically taught the basics for the chemical maintenance. The man was super friendly and helpful even when I did not buy my spa from them. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. We knew nothing about a hot tub other than we wanted one. Bill answered all our questions, and emails ensuring we got the best deal and product for what we needed and not what we wanted. Very friendly company to deal with to include the delivery guys who were very professional, and accurate on time as scheduled. My wife and I purchased a Bull Frog Spa from Premiere Hot Tubs at the San Antonio Home Show last September.As first-time buyers, I'll admit to some trepidation about the process. I began by searching for general information on the internet. I found my way to your website and your shopping guide which is wonderful. The guide made it easy to understand the differences between the various brands of hot tubs out there and what to look for. As I kept reading and searching, I kept coming back to the Bull Frog product. When we decided to visit your showroom to actually see what you had and what else we could learn, we found Jeff to be extremely helpful and patient. We had never actually shopped for a hot tub before and he educated us very well. At no time did we experience any pressure to buy, and we really appreciate the fact that he told us about the specials that would be available at the home show; the savings were worth the wait. Based on Jeff's guidance and the information on both the Bull Frog and your web sites, we were able to have an electrician install exactly the right 220 volt setup before delivery of the spa and arrange for him to be there when the spa was delivered to complete the job. It all worked out great. Kensey was also very professional and a pleasure to deal with when arranging delivery. Steve and Mitchell were great! They were courteous, friendly, and obviously well-trained professionals. They were not only very efficient, but continued our hot tub education during the set-up process. I am very happy and completely satisfied with my experience buying a spa from Bill Meyer and his team at Premiere Hot Tubs in Austin. At the start, their website has a great amount of information to get you started. When you visit the showroom, Bill has a great deal of knowledge and expertise and can answer any questions. Prior to the purchase, we wanted to make sure it was the right spa for us. They set us up for a wet test and we knew we had the right model.

When my spa was delivered, it had to go through a tight squeeze to get into our sunroom. The delivery team did a great job getting it placed correctly and walking us through what we needed to know for maintenance. When all was done, I noticed that a factory option we had ordered had not been included. The Premiere team could not have been more accommodating to make things right. Steve ? the spa technician ? came back the next day and was able to get things exactly as ordered. The great service we received on day one and day two made us very confident that we chose the right company to buy from.

We are using our St. Andrew Clearwater Spa almost every day. We could not be happier with the model we chose or in doing business with Premiere. I would recommend them without any reservations to anyone looking into buying a spa/hot tub.

Premiere Hot Tubs in Austin is by far the best place to buy a hot tub in town! I started my search online, of course. Their website has the most in-depth information and comparison charts out there. It's also clear and easy to navigate. I stopped by the store, without an appointment mind you, and they were very informative and helpful without once being pushy. On the first visit I got some ideas as far as features I should consider, quality of build, ease of maintenance, and price, etc. Then I went and visited a few other spa places. Lo and behold I found myself back at Premiere and made my purchase without hesitation. I feel like I got the best bang for my buck with the Clearwater Spa brand. The buying experience was a breeze. Scheduling and delivery was a snap. It's a beautiful hot tub with all the features I wanted and I love it!

After two years of researching spas/hot tubs, we bought a Bullfrog Spa from Premiere. They were recommended to us by a friend who was thrilled with this type of spa and the versatility of the jets. Bill was very knowledgeable - both about his spas and others - and provided a wealth of independent information for additional research. We did the wet-test and kept him past closing time with a lot of questions. He was patient and seemed to really love making us as knowledgeable as he is.

After reading the information he provided and going back to other spa companies, we returned to Premiere and bought our spa. Bill had provided information about an upcoming sale, so we could plan a time to buy with this discount. He helped us get the most spa options with our budget.

They stored the spa until our deck was ready. Bill came to the house for an on-site installation inspection and when the spa was delivered, there were no issues.

Premier was the first dealer I visited knowing they would probably be more expensive. We met with Bill Meyer in their showroom. I was first impressed by the fact that they carried only 2 product lines. Bill took a lot of time explaining all the details of each manufacturer and more detail once we started leaning towards Bullfrog. It was easy to tell he really knew what he was talking about and not just trying to sell us on a bunch of numbers and facts. He took his time with us, answered all our questions, and there was absolutely no pressure what-so-ever.

After Premier we visited 2 other dealers which simply made the choice that much easier to go with Premier and Bullfrog...they just don't compare unless you really want a low quality spa. I exchanged several emails with Bill with follow-up questions and went back to the store the next day. We worked up a deal and I placed the order for the spa and was told it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery.

It was 3 weeks when the spa came in and I arranged for delivery/setup on Friday the 13th. Right after the 2 man crew arrived the rain started but they kept working. It was pouring and they kept on working. They didn't stop until the spa was installed and ready for the electrical hookup. Bill had recommended an electrician they often use and he showed up shortly after the delivery finished. The rain had stopped but everything was soaked. He still completed the hookup and we had the spa filled and running in a few hours.

I was extremely impressed from start to finish of the entire process of purchasing, delivery and install of this spa and would recommend to anyone they at least visit Premier if shopping for one.

After doing our research for a new Spa we were very interested in the Bullfrog brand. We made the one hour and fifteen minute trip to the Premiere office in Austin to meet with Jeff who we had talked to a the San Antonio Home Show a few months before. Jeff was very knowledgeable about his products and very professional with us.

After returning home we had several email conversations with Jeff where he answered all of our question. We went back to the store for a wet test (I'm telling you this is a must if you really want to know how a tub will work for you). Jeff installed a few other jet packs that were not in the display tub to insure we had tested out the available jet packs we were interested in. We then worked with Jeff on the options and pricing and made the purchase.

The spa was delivered on time by a very professional crew. The only surprise we had was there was never a followup call to us after the install to see how things were going with the new spa. I must admit though that followup after the sale doesn't seem to be high on vendors list any more. We have also done other remodeling on the house the last 5 months and only 1 of 6 vendors has done a follow up with us after the jobs were done. We have had the spa over two months now and use it every day and have not had any problems with it.

We do highly recommend Premiere Hot Tubs if anyone is looking to purchase a Spa.

I was offered a 'free' hot tub as long as I could unhook it and have it moved. I had already had my handyman attempt unsuccessfully to move this large seven seater once when I called Premiere Hot Tubs and inquired about relocation services. They really came to my rescue! They were able to pick up the tub off a partially rotted deck, move it to their special trailer, and also take the cover lift apart so the cover could move easily. Once at my home, they easily moved the tub to it's final destination. Throughout the process, Steve made sure to point out small things, and made other adjustments that would make using and servicing the tub much easier. I wish I had called them first!

Shopping experience: I enjoyed shopping at Premiere Hot Tubs because the salesperson, Jeff, provided thorough information without using any hard sell techniques. He suggested hot tub models that would meet my needs and didn't attempt to over-sell me. Likewise, when Bill wrote up the order, he made me aware of upgrades in a matter of fact way and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want. (Really -- in my experience, when a product can be upgraded, most sales people get pushy -- not these guys.) Both Jeff and Bill spent quite a bit of time describing the hot tub features and the history of the particular brand I was most interested in (I had done some research and made the choice to buy at Premiere because they carry the Bullfrog brand).

Installation: Steve and Mitchell were incredibly friendly and they got the job done fast. Steve patiently explained the salt system to me and I had no problems with following the direction he provided. Barry, the electrician with ac electric (Mike Short) was also incredibly friendly and did a great job.

Product: The Bullfrog 462 is easy to operate and has a lot of power. Because of the jet pak design, I was able to configure the tub with exactly the type of jets I wanted. Also, there is a lifetime warranty!

Post-installation: Jeff talked me through the steps to re-start the tub after the automatic safety feature kicked in as a check to the electrical system. As with the sale, he was friendly and patient.

I purchased my very first Hot Tub from Kensey at Premiere Hot Tubs in Austin. I didn't know anything about them when I walked into the store and Kensey was very helpful in explaining all the options and styles. Premiere Hot Tubs is one of the few companies in Austin that let you do a wet test. Kensey encouraged my wife and I to come in for one and I'm really glad we did. You really can't purchase a hot tub without a wet test. I quickly found the only tub for me (a beautiful Bullfrog 552) and with Kensey's help chose the perfect combination of JetPaks and options. A Hot Tub is a big investment and it really is important that you have as much as possible explained when you make your choices so that you won't be disappointed when it arrives. We were able to try out pretty much all of the options right there in the store and it made all the difference in the world. Kensey did a phenomenal job of answering all of our questions and guiding us to the correct decision. The Hot Tub arrived three weeks earlier than I expected, but this was great and Kensey was very flexible when it came to scheduling when it would be delivered. The delivery guys (Steve and Mitchell) really impressed me with the care they took in placing the Hot Tub precisely (to the inch) where I wanted it and making sure everything was perfect without one scratch to my new tub. If you've never bought a luxury tub before you'll quickly realize this is like buying a new car everything needs to be just right. It was great chatting with Steve about the new tub, I'm sure he's answered the same questions a million times, but he was very helpful and quickly put my mind at ease. It really helped that he was a lot more than just a delivery guy and knew these tubs inside and out. I've used it morning and night every day! I love it. I have spent more time with my teenage son and daughter one on one than I have for some years now that we have the tub. I have a form of arthritis that really impacts my lower back and the tub eases away my pains very smoothly. I can't imagine not having one now. Even my son has said he wants his friends over for a hot tub party! So it really is becoming the center of attention in our back yard. I'm glad I added the LightWave LED color changing lighting system as they really adds a nice touch in the evenings. When I've needed advice on chemicals and other issues with the tub Kensey has been there with help and smiley faces and has quickly put any issues to rest. I could not be more happy with my experience with Premiere Hot Tubs and look forward to many years of stress free living with my new tub knowing that they will be there to help me when I need them. We searched the internet and printed out an Austin route to do our comparison shopping. We were shopping for, quality, service and price and found all 3 with Jeff and Bill at Premier Hot Tubs. We knew when we stopped and saw the Bullfrogs that we didn't need to go any further. The tub is low maintenance with a great warranty. The advice and the assistance selecting our Bullfrog 362 was invaluable. With much assistance we picked our jet packs and attended the hot tub maintenance class which I highly recommend being a first time buyer! We know that if we have any aches and pains that our jet packs can't reach we can buy new packs at a low price and just switch them out. What other tub provides that function and service? This is our first hot tub buying experience so we were a little intimidated by the difficulty in sorting through all of the information floating around out there. Bill greeted us on our first visit and we found him to be very impressive & informative. One of the things that I liked the most is that he steered me away from a pricier option because it would not have been a good fit for us. He was obviously interested in educating us and getting us fixed up with the best option rather than getting us to spend as much as possible. I went to every hot tub place in the area comparison shopping for my purchase. I chose Premiere for several reasons. They keep some tubs in stock so I did not have to wait weeks after making my purchase to enjoy my hot tub. Their warranty by far exceeded anyone else's. So, it is a little more than 6 months since Jeff sold us the Bullfrog 362 and I could not be happier. The unit is top of the line and as well made as I was led to believe in the online info and based on the additional info upon visiting PHT, there was really no need to go anywhere else. We purchased it and Jeff was glad to hold it for a month while we made preparation with a slab and pergola. Delivery was on time and installed in less than 1 hour. Using it is simple and after setup i was given some instruction on operation and upkeep. Jeff was very helpfull when I had questions and I have dropped by a couple of times for their precision water analysis. This baby is used every day and is my own private Onsen every morning. I cannot find ANYTHING even slightly negative to say about PHT. Please, if you are looking into one, visit them and buy a Bullfrog for cryin out loud! The warranty is the best because they are the best. Jet packs rock and are changeable. What can I say but relax, Jeff will take care of you.

We bought a bullfrog hot tub from Premiere in Austin Texas about a year ago. After shopping around and enduring a lot of high pressure sales garbage, Premier was a welcome relief. Easy going, straight forward people, obviously expert at what they do, and no sales pressure of any sort. We have had no problems at all with the tub, and for each instance of routine maintenance the Premier folks have been friendly and helpful. Indeed they have talked us out of buying some products (from them) that they felt would be a waste of money. I am not at all a materialistic person, there are perhaps 4 objects that I have that I would miss if they were stolen. The tub is one of them, and happily too heavy to take. We use it every evening when it is even mildly cool, and many evenings when it is not. I have back problems, the tub is as effective as a half hour of yoga. If you are looking to get a hot tub (and if you have back problems, I strongly recommend it), you cannot do better than Premiere.

Our experience with Premiere Hot Tubs was fabulous! Specifically my initial contact was made with Jeff Steinhausen as i was seeking to replace our damaged in-ground hot tub outside. I received a thorough introduction to the Bullfrog line of spas along with all pertinent information so we could make an informed buying choice. Once we searched the marketpace, we decided that the bullfrog was perfect for our needs, especially since it has such great warranties - our previous spa was less than 4 years old and was already useless and had to be replaced. Jeff and Bill both came out to the house to help us solve the removal of the old spa and brainstorming the possibilities for where to place the new one etc. they hooked us up with two great contractors for electric and for doing the stone work around the outside. Both of these contractors were competent and helped us out alot with all the decisions. the project is completely finished and we are greatly enjoying our spa and the surrounding landscape!My husband and i would wholeheartedly recommend the Bullfrog line and Premiers Hot Tubs as the only place to shop for a spa!

After going to most of the dealers in North Austin at least the one's that were open we went to Premiere last. I could not believe how poorly most of the other store's operated. Most stores constantly bashed the other companies. Most of them could not even answer simple questions about maintenance or pricing. I was actually thinking that getting a spa may be a bad idea. Jeff was totaly different. He was ready to answer our questions professionally usually before I finished the question. He was very experienced and never bashed the other competitiors. It was a huge relief to finally understand maintenance. He allowed me to test the spas and make an educated decision. Getting a spa was not as hard as I expected and we were enjoying it right away. The continued service has been nothing but spectacular. I can't wait to stop typing this and get in my new Bullfrog! Take care.

Details : First time Hot Tub owners. After extensive research on the internet. We visited several Hot Tub stores in the Austin area, ended up at Premier Hot Tubs. Bill asked several questions to see what we were looking for and our needs. He very patiently answered multiple questions and showed us some models that were what we were looking for. Went home looked over the brochures, did some more research, even emailed Bill Meyer a couple of more questions which he answered within 8 hours. Returned to Premier and purchased the SportX 131 and an additional Jet Pack from Jeff Steinhausen, who proved extremely knowledgeable about the products. Our hot tub was delivered on the day and time as promised. Although we have had some minor problems with getting our salt system up and running on the tub, we have been very pleased with the quick and efficient assistance received from Premiere Hot Tubs. Premiere Hot Tubs also offers Saturday seminars for spa owners in order to assist owners with operating their tubs, chemicals, etc. Because we live 1-1/2 hours from the company we are unable to take advantage of this service, but feel it is a great idea. I recommended to Jeff that they videotape one of these sessions and offer the video to their customers who either live out of town or can not attend the Saturday sessions. I certainly would appreciate some additional help with the spa chemicals!

I have already recommended Premiere Hot Tubs to some friends and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Jeff provided a nice brochure with information on the hot tubs that their company offers, the salt water system and comparisons with other brands. This information was very helpful in making my decision. A few weeks later I brought my husband with me and we both were pleased with Jeff, the company and the two brands of hot tubs they offer. Jeff did not rush us and allowed us to sit each of the two brands of hot tubs that they offer in order to get a better idea of which tub we preferred. This is an EXCELLENT service to prospective buyers!! It is the only true way to "feel" the experience you will have with the tub and decide whether it is what you are expecting or not. We decided on a Bullfrog hot tub which was delivered to our home (about 1-1/2 hours from their location).

We had a wonderful Hot Tub when we lived in New York and I was a bit skeptical about finding one I liked as much now that we moved to Austin. But I am very pleased with the one we bought at Premiere Hot Tubs. The jets are super (even better than the other one we had) and it all functions very well. Great Products, Terrific Customer Service, One of a kind....

My wife and I purchased a Clearwater Spa from Bill over a year and a half ago and recently we experienced a warranty issue which we thought would take up to 1-2 weeks to correct. Needless to say, I e-mailed Bill at 8:15am with my issue and he was able to pinpoint the problem based on the error codes I was receiving and also how the hot tub was operating/functioning. Believe it or not, he had a technician out that afternoon between 1pm-3pm to fix the warranty issue and my wife and I were able to use the Hot Tub that very same night.

Overall, our Hot Tub pre-purchase experience and post-purchase experience has been phenomenal at Premier Hot Tubs and when we go to purchase our second Hot Tub I can guarantee you I will not look anywhere else.

Shopping for a hot tub can be harrowing, since no two dealers in most towns carry the same brands or lines of hot tubs. But these guys are GOOD! You can find on their website a lot of information about the features of hot tubs that buyers should consider, without excessive bias toward the lines they sell. They carry only two lines, Clearwater and Bullfrog, but they have many models of each on the floor of their large showroom.

Bill, the lead salesman, offers low-pressure information on any question you might ask, and he sets up tailored courses on Saturdays on the "care and maintenance" of the systems. We purchased one from the floor, asked to have it modified to add an ISIS Salt System. It was delivered, installed, and up and running within a little more than a week. When a couple of "hiccups" occurred in early functioning, their service technicians were at the house and finished with adjustments within just hours of our calling, not the days that it normally takes to get service attention. We look forward to continuing to work with them through the 5-year warranty period, and beyond!

Clearwater is an excellent brand of spa. Bill Meyer at Premiere is an excellent dealer. No pressure (except water). I had been wanting to purchase a hot tub for a long time. I heard of deal being offered by a competitor down the road from Premiere for three years same as cash, so went there first. That was a big mistake. The salesman there kept trying to sell me one particular spa and then pulled a "bait and switch" and said the special advertised was for the "higher end models". I almost decided against a spa at that point. On a whim walked into Premiere Hot Tubs. What a difference!! I was assisted by Kensey. She was not pushy and knew her stuff!! Bill is more of an educator than salesman. He will tell you the good and bad of each spa and doesn't sugarcoat it. He knows not only his own lines but all the equivalent competitors as well and is also a great resource on spa chemistry if you need one. Everything was delivered as promised and works perfectly (exactly as Bill described). He set up our delivery to Alto, New Mexico straight from the factory (which wasn't easy) and, when the delivery company tried to move the date back, made them deliver on the day promised after numerous phone calls. Outstanding Customer Service

After shopping several establishments in the San Antonio/Austin area, my wife and I found Premiere Hot Tubs to be the most knowledgeable and least "gotta sell it today" place of all.

Bill and Kensey were both very helpful and were quick to get back to us with any questions we had. After our purchase in July the Saturday "newbie" class was just what the doctor ordered for learning about the care and maintenance of our hot tub. Excellent Products and People

My friends tell me that glaciers move faster than I do when buying anything that matters. I do a lot of research and evaluate all the possible options. My wife had been wanting a Hot Tub for a year or more and I had narrowed the manufacturers down to two or three - a Bullfrog was one of the finalists. I next toured the dealers in Austin to make a selection. Of the stores I visited the people at Premiere Hot Tubs were the easiest to talk to and made me feel very comfortable with long term service and support - plus they offered several models that fit my budget.

I returned to the store a number of times until we dialed in the model and accessories. With each visit I become more impressed with the product and more importantly with the people at Premiere. Kensey and Bill were both patient and knowledgeable during the selection process.

The delivery took place on the day promised and the installation was efficient and professional. I am happy to say that we now have a great spa in the yard. We spend a lot more time in the tub than I thought we ever would, and I wonder why I waited so long.

The Best Experience in Purchases

We met Bill at the showroom. He couldn't have been nicer. He wrote down everything we were looking for in a spa. He showed us all spas. We told him that we couldn't get anyone to come fix our old spa. He gave us information that we could use involving repair, guarantees, etc. and that he and his company would do the rest.

He kept us informed, ordered the crane, came out and took time to go through the procedure.

We love our spa and since Premiere installed it, my joint pain has gone away. We can actually talk while the spa is running. With our old one, we couldn't. It was just so loud. The crane picked up the tub, took it over our house and gingerly place it in the hole on our deck. Just a regular company couldn't do that. It was beautiful .

We can't say enough nice things about the service we received. Thanks to Bill and his company and the many workers on his team. I have lots of pictures if you are interested.

Great experience. Very thorough explanation of the product while in the showroom. Onsite visit was highly beneficial as the owner was able to tell us exactly how much room we had for the spa and what room was needed for stairs, cover etc. The hot tub was ordered and came in two weeks early. The delivery was scheduled and the time frame was met with no exceptions. The crew was professional and clearly knew what they were doing. We needed electrical done and the references they gave us were just as professional. We have had the spa for several months and are enjoying it. We have not had any problems after installation. Great Tub, Great Service, Wonderful Experience

I cannot say enough great things about Premiere Hot Tubs. We purchased a Bull Frog spa from Kensey and Bill, who met us on a Sunday to try out a spa. Once our spa arrived, our foundation was not ready, and Kensey worked with us to have the spa delivered on OUR schedule. We recently invested in a Clearwater Spa, St Andrew Signature with Salt System, from Premiere Hot Tubs and am glad to share our experience. Over the years we have considered purchasing one but for one reason or another, it didn't make the priority list till now. We are both in our 50's and decided it would be both therapeutic and relaxing to have one at our home out on our patio. We purchased a name brand bathtub with 4 jets years ago and have enjoyed that. Last year while vacationing in Arkansas, our cabin had a hot tub on the deck overlooking the valley below and our family enjoyed that very much. So with that said, we were led to visit Premiere Tubs in Austin after doing research in various places for a spa that would be the right fit for us. Also, I was experiencing lower back pain and being treated for that.

When we arrived at Premiere, Bill & Kensey greeted us graciously and then Bill schooled us for several hours about the world of hot tubs. Wow! We leaned towards purchasing a Bullfrog but after trying a few in the showroom, realized they were too deep for me (wife) and then demoed the Clearwater brand and like Goldilocks, it was just right!

What we have been most impressed about is the great customer service AFTER the sale!! Both Bill & Kensey being there for us--- helping us work through the kinks of getting water balanced etc & needing a few other items sent once the spa was delivered. And the delivery guys were great help as well. We live 2 hours from Austin yet spa assistance & help is as close as making a call.

We are enjoying our Clearwater immensely both morning and evening. It is a blessing to see the morning break forth and the stars & moon arrive from the view of our hot tub. We have a little vaca each time we're in it. Even in Tx heat, a hot tub is enjoyable, early & later in the day. We look forward to fall & winter with our new patio baby boomer toy and the relaxation & therapy it brings with its many jets, lights and waterfall! And the color compliments our patio & home as well. (brown cabinet & metallic pearl shell) We are thankful!

We purchased a Clearwater St. Andrew Signature Package Spa, and couldn't be happier with our decision. With the Water Fall, the LED's, and all the Jets, it has everything we need to relax and enjoy with each other. With 58 jets(each adjustable), it relaxes and provides plenty of comfort. Premiere Hot Tubs is Fantastic!

Buying a new hot tub was a big deal for us. I researched a lot of types that would be stylish, with a small footprint and easy to operate, affordable, etc. When I approached Premiere hot tubs, Bill, the owner, took great efforts to educate me about ups and down sides of different types of equipment and what I should look for regardless of brand. Am I ever glad I chose Premiere Hot Tubs!!

Last fall my wife and I decided it was about time to replace our 25 year old spa that we bought piece by piece since there were not many all-in-one spas available in 1984. I checked the internet for local spa dealers and picked a few to visit. What a varied experience each visit to a different dealership turned out to be. Some employees seemed more interested in continuing with phone calls or reading the paper than waiting on me (an honest to goodness potential buyer). Others took pleasure in disparaging their competitors' products and employees. Didn't spend very much time in any dealership until I walked into Premier Hot Tubs. There I was greeted by Kensey Hayes, a very knowledgeable young lady who directed me to Bill Meyer who turned out to be the extreme opposite of other dealer owners/sales reps. Bill was straight forward in answering my questions and taking time to explain in detail questions that I considered important. Not once did he have anything but respect for his competitors when I would mention other spas and dealers. Needless to say, I wanted my wife to give her O.K. to the Clearwater Spa I had convinced myself I could no longer live without. She did (she picked the color!) and we have now had it for about six months. Since day one the water has been crystal clear, always the right temperature and a pleasure to enjoy. All I have done to enjoy this exceptional spa is check the water chemistry weekly and hose off the filters monthly. Bill Meyer met us at the door and gave us a full tour of the various hot tubs he had for sale. He did not try to "cold sell" us on anything; rather he pointed out the features of each tub and how our specific needs could be met by the products he had for sale. Great Hot Tub Decision Process

I recently devoted considerable time and effort to purchasing a new hot tub. As part of that process I used the internet to find product reviews and consider the commentary provided by buyers and sellers. I found the comments from Bill Meyer of Premiere Hot Tubs in Austin, Texas to be particularly useful and decided to give him a call. Although I live in Savannah, Georgia and thus would not be buying a tub from him, Bill gave me the same level of service as if I lived in Austin. Over the course of three weeks Bill and I had at least 15 email and phone exchanges. The advice and analysis Bill provided to me was key to my selection of a hot tub and local dealer. His willingness to assist someone outside of his sales area is uncommon and speaks to the level of service he must provide those in the Austin area. I purchased a hot tub from Bill Meyer of Premiere Hot Tubs for two reasons. First reason, He is the only one in Austin offering hot tubs with a salt filtration system. Second, I found Bill to be extremely knowledgeable of his product and the industry. I was impressed with his passion for his work. My hot tub arrived within the time window forecast by Bill. Bill's staff handled delivery and installation professionally and courteously. I used one of the two electricians recommended by Bill for my electrical needs and found the electrician to be professional and courteous as well. However, after several weeks of hot tub use, I discovered a small leak within the hot tub that was causing the hot tub to loose water very slowly. I estimated that the hot tub lost an inch of water every five days. While this was not much of a leak, it was nonetheless a leak in a brand new hot tub. I informed Bill and he responded promptly by coming to my home and inspected the leak. He then contacted the manufacture regarding the same; the manufacture suggested a possible repair that may have fixed the leak. However, I was not comfortable with my purchase of a repaired hot tub. I discussed this with Bill and he evidently convinced the manufacture to build another hot tub to my specification and replace the one that I had. I was happy for how this worked out, as I had not brought this problem to Bill's attention until after my dead line for Bill's "No question money back warranty" I highly recommend Bill Meyer of Premiere Hot Tubs to anyone looking to acquire a hot tub.

Perfect experience

We had a hot tub in our previous home and absolutely loved it but it did not travel with us to Austin. After three years of yearning we decided it was time to see what it would take to get a hot tub in our current home. We searched on-line and read many reviews. It was obvious Premiere Hot Tubs was the place to visit. Beth and I talked with Bill Saturday morning for 2 hours checking out our options, comparing features and getting educated about the current world of spas. Our prior hot tub was a 1994 model so we had a lot to learn. Bill thoroughly covered everything efficiently and effectively. We went to lunch and made a call to a recommended electrician and, less than a week later, we had our new hot tub installed and running. It has been a fast-paced and rewarding experience. If we ever need to buy another spa we're doing exactly the same thing - one trip to Premiere. The primary driver for our decision to get a new spa was my wife's psoriasis and the salt system has proven to be a successful therapy for her in just 2 days!

We shopped several spa manufacturers in the Austin area and are very pleased with our selection. The delivery was exactly as scheduled. This is our first hot tub (Clearwater), and boy was the shopping experience most pleasant, thanks to Bill and his crew at Premiere Hot Tubs. We are so pleased with the support from Premiere. Premiere and Bullfrog Great COMBO!

I have always dreamed of having a hot tub. I began researching the web and looked at many brands. I found Bullfrog. What a fantastic idea with interchangeable jet paks! And the construction is second to none. I went to Premiere and spent 4 hours talking with Bill and learning everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. Bill was polite, receptive, professional and not only knew his product, but he is upfront and honest about other brands. The best decision for me was Bullfrog. The delivery crew was ontime, polite, caring and took time to answer and demonstrate all my concerns. I am glad I was able to purchase a top line spa. If you are in the market, a trip to see Bill and his staff is a must.

We love it!

We purchased a Bull Frog hot tub from Bill at Premier Hot Tubs and just love it! The high quality of construction and the variety of JetPaks sold us. Bill answered all of our questions in great detail. We ordered exactly what we wanted and delivery and set up were easy. If you have never owned a hot tub this is the one for you because you can custom order the number and type of jets.

Very Pleased!

My wife and I searched throughout Austin for a Salt Water Hot Tub but were told by every dealer that we spoke to that Salt Water systems for Hot Tubs did not exist.

We had given up on the search and decided to purchase a non-saltwater system, when a friend of mine at work mentioned that he purchased a salt water Hot Tub at Premiere Hot Tubs 2 years ago and was very please with it.

I called the owner (Bill) and he offered to open his showroom during non-business hours to show us what was available in salt and non-salt water spas, both of which he offers.

We purchased a spa from Premiere over a month ago and have been very pleased not only with the spa but also the level of service and education around routine maintenance. Bill also compensated my friend at work with a referral fee which he certainly did not have to do. I highly recommend buying a spa from this dealer.

Love the tub!

As a first time hot-tub buyer, I was very apprehensive about making such a large (for me) investment without any idea what I was doing or what to buy. I researched the internet extensively, made appointments and toured every single hot tub place in Austin (I mean, every single one!) and for the money, this Clearwater Spa is the best value in town, hands down. It's quiet, easy to operate, the chemical thing is a no-brainer, and it looks great! I get lots of compliments from my friends.

Thank you for making the purchase so easy. When I first spoke with you [Bill] on the phone, I told you I was looking to establish a long-term relationship, not a hard sell. You've been honest, up-front and very informative. You listened to what I wanted and found the best fit for my budget and requirements. Better Spa, Better Price, Better Service!

We've owned our home overlooking Lake Travis for many years. We've also owned several hot tubs in the past, but we have wanted to add a deck with a hot tub coming off our 2nd floor master bedroom to give us a wonderful view of the lake anytime we wanted to soak & just spend some relaxing time together. Earlier this year, we met with Bill at Premiere Hot Tubs and bought a Bullfrog spa from Premiere Hot Tubs. It's one of their largest spas with dual lounges and 5 of their JetPaks. Our Bullfrog Spa is like no other spas we have ever seen. We absolutely love the great variety of massage and positions in our spa. Though we looked at other spas, after we met with Bill it was a done deal. We really liked many things about Bullfrog but here are the 2 biggest. I have my own construction business. Our spa is built like a rock and they back it up with the best warranty we saw anywhere. My wife loved all the different massage, from very gentle to darn near pounding. I'm in our spa nearly every morning and night. After a day in the field, I can't wait and nothing feels like the massage we get. As for Premiere Hot Tubs. We give Bill the highest recommendation. He knows spas. He understood what we wanted to achieve and he never faltered. Putting a 1,000 lb spa on our 2nd floor deck was not easy and we couldn't use a crane. Everything happened exactly as planned. And I'm almost embarrassed to tell you how much we saved over what several other places in town quoted for their spas. Bottom line with Premiere. Better Spa, Better Price, and Better Service. Thank you Bill.

Sincere, competent, fair and friendly service!

I have had multiple interactions over the last 2 years with Bill Meyers, the owner/operator of Premier Hot Tubs in Austin, TX. I found him to be a man of his word and sympathetic to my concerns in relation to support of the hot tub we purchased from him nearly two years ago.

A hot tub can be a 'challenge' to a new owner not familiar with maintaining balances, water-levels, filter cleanings, etc. Bill offered a startup 'tutoring' lesson but I felt I didn't need such handholding. Well, several phone calls and counselings later, our tub finally turned out to be the joy we had hoped it would be. It could have been a nightmare, however, if Bill hadn't returned our calls and provided the level of personal support that was required in our case.

Whether it was advice on water chemistry, the availability of needed supplies or physical maintenance of the spa, Bill has been in the past, and remains to this day, helpful, encouraging, straightforward and a man of his word. I appreciate his sincerity, honesty, cometence and business manner and will remain a customer for as long as I own a hot tub (the next one will be purchased from Bill as well!).

Competent, professional, and personalized spa installation

Competent and professional spa installation with personalized follow up. We purchased a Bullfrog spa from Premiere Hot Tubs for our new home in Austin in the spring of 2009. We did a lot of research and talked to all the spa companies in Austin and attended the Spa Exhibition at the Palmer Events Center before purchasing the Bullfrog Spa. Bill at Premiere did an informative and up-front presentation of the pros and cons of all types of hot tubs. Bill was informative about spa design, spa mechanics, and usage. In short, Bill answered all our questions about the spa industry. Talk to Bill if you want to learn about spas. We chose a Bullfrog spa based on the quality of construction and the tub's features. We are very pleased with the spa and more than pleased with the service we have received from Premier Hot Tubs and Bullfrog regarding a few start-up issues.
